Local fresh-caught shrimp tossed in panko, coconut, and 7 spices. Served with a honey and dijon dip.

A medley berries, chunks of melon and slices of citrus served with a few chocolate truffles.
BEIGNETS
A Southern classic with these deep-fried pastries. Can be served with either powdered sugar or honey.
HELEINE'S GUMBO
A traditional Moreau gumbo recipe making use of the local shrimp and crab. Served over rice.
VEGETARIAN SUSHI
Rice and seaweed rolls that contain various combinations of plum, avaocado, cucumber, bamboo, water chesnut, and other goodies.
MINI RASPBERRY CHEESECAKES
Mini bite-size cheezecakes in graham cracker crust topped with fresh raspberrys and chocolate drizzle.

Crackers, sommer sausage, blackforest ham, sliced apple and pear, with assorted cheeses and nuts. Combine at will.
CAJUN ANDOUILLE
Spicey, smokey, handmade cajun andouille on a kebab with potato and onion, seasoned and then fire-roasted.
